- Use the in-house telephone to ask for the shuttle service by using the Best Western button
- You will be asked to wait in the hotel shuttle bus stop outside the terminal.
- In-house telephone can also be available in the shuttle bus stop.
- You can also call us directly for your pick up at the following number : +220.127.116.11.15.54.00
- Be ready in the main lobby 10 minutes before the requested departure time.
- If the shuttle is not available, you won’t wait more than 10 minutes for the next one.
- The service is operated on a request basis with no reservation.
Airport opens from 4:30 am. You will only find closed positions and gates (except special charter flights) if you come earlier.
If you arrive after Midnight, you can reach the hotel by walk through the pedestrian walkway across the P7 car park.
Distance between Airport and Hotel is about 500 m (0.30 miles). Taxi will not come for a such short ride.
Shuttle transfer last less than 5 minutes.
Disabled person must fix a pick up before arrival in order to use the equipped shuttle.
